*If your item has arrived damaged or has a flaw that we did not catch, please contact us right away at info@dreesefineart.com.    We will replace it with another product.  We love and appreciate everyone of our customers and want to make sure they are happy with their product created by Christi.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be  in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at info@dreesefineart.com.  After contacting us, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10  days to process returns from the receipt of your item.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
