What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping is only available in the contiguous 48 U.S states, including Washington D.C. Oversize shipping charges may apply to items greater than 32" on either side.

When will I get my art/ home goods?

Once we receive your order, we begin the custom-making process immediately. Here are the average processing and transit times:

When you choose expedited/overnight shipping, processing time is also shortened by up to 3 days.

How will my products be packaged?

  • Home goods are packaged with a generous amount of packaging material to protect you product in a heavy corrigated box.
  • Art and framed items are covered securely and placed in a well packaged box with additional packing materials to protect from damage.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Is my package insured?

Dreese Fine Art is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@dreesefineart.com and we will address the issue promptly.

What happens if only part of my order is ready to ship?

Shipping Policy: Minimizing Our Environmental Impact
At our company, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by consolidating multiple items into a single shipment. If an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the remaining items in your order.  If there is an extended delay due to a backordered item, we will send out the in-stock items without any extra shipping fees.

Do you ship internationally?

At Dreesefineart.com, we do offer international shipping services. However, it's important to note that international orders are not eligible for our free shipping program. Moreover, the purchaser must cover all costs associated with at-will return shipping.

We ship all orders via UPS and USPS. Please keep in mind that all international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed by local governments and due upon delivery. These charges are not included in the order total. Lastly, prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and subject to currency exchange rates.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

USPS Package Delivery Information
To a P.O. Box, USPS can deliver packages that are 11" x 14" or smaller. For larger items, shipping to a street address is necessary. Additionally, we offer shipping services to APO addresses via USPS.
